"Clean Up The Mess"
4, 4, 2, 2, 2 Cleans

AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
20 Hammer Strikes
10 Pull Ups
10 Burpees

No Gym WOD:
AMRAP in 15 minutes of:
20 Prone wipers (on stomach, raise legs and chest, do a jumping jack motion)
12 Touch star jumps (touch the ground in a squat, jump and spread all limbs)
12 Sit ups
6 Clapping push ups
