As many of you know, I have a pretty unique style to my programing. While I enjoy keeping things basic in the sense of sticking to a small set of goals and working towards them; I very much like to help people attain those goals in unique, fun ways.
Here marks the first time I am offering my Courage Performance Program Design packages. I will design you a program suited for your individual needs and goals, supply you with details on how to read and follow it, and be there for support through email and phone consultations. As of now I am offering a very basic plan, but I will be adding to the options as I continue to settle into things in my new location. Please do not hesitate to contact me with questions about any of this.
The Courage Performance Basic program Design - $125
This option will include a month-long program that can be translated into a 3-month program after simple modifications (all supplied). In classic Courage Performance style, it is a simple, strength bias plan, with unique and unconventional supplemental work and metabolic conditioning workouts to finish off each day. In addition to the 3x per week weight training, 2x per week conditioning ideas will be added, as well as some basic nutritional information.
All you need to perform this basic program is:
- Basic weight equipment (barbells, dumbbells, med balls etc)
- A notebook to chart your progress (Courage Performance Workout Journals will be available soon)
- A base understanding of most exercises (I am here to answer questions!)
- A bit of self-motivation to make sure you follow the program!
