What's New

So, a couple new things going on at this point:

I got my first muscle up! (on the rings) And proved I could officially do it by getting 10 total on the first session, then getting 2 straight without touching the floor. Pretty pumped up about that one seeing how I actually have been lightly working on it for almost a year.

This coming weekend I'll be competing in my first Jiu-jitsu tournament. I'm very excited about it and feel confident that I will have a great time.

This past weekend I was up at the Kushi Institute, the headquarters for the macrobiotic lifestyle and my mothers burial grounds. I had a wonderful time up there, eating some great food and learning a good amount. I now have about 15 books on macrobiotics and plan on getting much more into that I.E. talking about it here...

As many of you know I did something pretty extreme a couple weeks back when I followed a 7 day natural clensing detox program to help jumpstart my healthier lifestyle and lose a few pounds. My next post will cover all the information on that one and also introduce a new venture in Josh Courage Training based on my experience.

Be ready for a few new things in the coming months; a new website (professionally done this time), more TV air time, summer camps announced, a foundation being formed, athlete sponsoring and much, much more.

My final bit of info is that I will be commiting much more time to the blog as the warm months begin to find their way here. I have been missing writing down my thoughts and adventures.

Never Stop, GET FIT.
