The day is coming up fast everyone! The 1st ever CrossFit Courage Games 2010 are right around the corner. Workouts are set, equipment is coming in, sponsors are in line, and contestants are registering. We still have a good deal of spots open, so those of you who have signed up, get your friends to join!
